With all the stresses of modern life it is hardly surprising that it is not always easy to sustain a healthy, fresh relationship.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist it is not my role to 'fix' a relationship but to help you understand your issues in a safe, unthreatening environment where judgements, prejudices and biases are suspended. I will offer you the space and time to explore your issues and find the way forward in an atmosphere of impartiality.
Even if, after counselling, the decision is to separate, the counselling process can hopefully help this to be done as constructively as possible, which is always beneficial to the parties involved, especially when there are children.
